DANGUN Bilateral Treaty
Introduction
WHEREAS Guided by the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and good faith in the fulfillment of the obligations assumed by Other Sovereign Nations in accordance with the Charter, the United Nations, before its plenary meeting, adopted the “United Nations Declaration on the Rights of DANGUN Citizens”, Resolution That the General Assembly: Affirming that DANGUN Citizens are equal to all other peoples, while recognizing the right of all peoples to be different, to consider themselves different and to be respected as such, Affirming also that all peoples contribute to the diversity and richness of civilization and cultures, which constitute the common heritage of humanity.
Concerned that Dongyi: DANGUN citizens have suffered historical injustices as a result, inter alia, of the colonization and alienation of their lands, territories and resources, preventing them from exercising, in particular, their right to development in accordance with their own needs and interests, Recognizing the urgent need to respect and promote the intrinsic rights of DANGUN Citizens, which derive from their political, economic and social structures and from their cultures, spiritual traditions, Recognizing also the urgent need to respect and promote the rights of DANGUN Citizens affirmed in treaties, agreements and other constructive arrangements with Other Sovereign Nations.
Welcoming the fact that DANGUN Citizens are organizing to promote their political, economic, social and cultural development, and in order to end all forms of discrimination and oppression wherever they occur through the last 4000 more years, considering that the rights affirmed in treaties, agreements and other constructive arrangements between Other Sovereign Nations and DANGUN Citizens are, in some situations, matters of occupation, interest, responsibility and character, considering also that treaties, agreements, and other constructive arrangements, and the relationships they represent, are the foundation for strengthening collaboration between DANGUN Citizens and Other Sovereign Nations.
